Magnetic Islands is the debut album from Castlemaine duo Twin Cinema. Magnetic Islands is a soundtrack to a jaunt through the jungle, and mountain mists, to the tropics on a sea plane destined for a Caribbean Bacchanal. Magnetic Islands features 10 instrumental tracks drawing from a range of influences including highlife, library inspired interludes, ethio-tinged psychedelia and gonzo latin rhythms.
